This Privacy Policy describes how FF SkinTools (the "App") collects, uses, and shares information when you install and use the App on your device. The App is published by the developer identified on the Google Play store listing ("we", "us", "our").

FF SkinTools is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Garena International I Private Limited, Free Fire, or any of their affiliates. The App provides educational guides, tools (such as informational calculators), and may display optional links to third-party web pages (for example community articles or external promotions). The App does not grant in-game currency, diamonds, or official in-game rewards.

1. Information we collect

Depending on your device, permissions, and how you use the App, we and our service providers may process the following categories of information:

Device and app information: e.g. device model, operating system version, language/locale, app version, and diagnostic identifiers useful for stability and analytics.
Usage information: e.g. which screens or features are used, session duration, and crash or error reports — to maintain and improve the App.
Advertising-related identifiers: if ads are shown, advertising partners may use device advertising identifiers in line with your device settings (including the option to limit ad personalization).
Pseudonymous identifiers: the App may generate or store a random identifier (for example a UUID) in local app storage to support optional features that open external web experiences in a consistent way. This is not your name or email.
Content you load: guides and articles may be loaded from our servers (for example https://ffskintools.app/articles.json). We log routine server requests as needed for security and operations.

We do not require you to provide your real name, postal address, or email address to use core App features. Do not send passwords or sensitive credentials to us via the App.

2. Permissions

The App may request permissions such as:

Internet access — to download guides, configuration, display ads (if enabled), and open linked pages in the system browser or Chrome Custom Tabs.
Notifications — only if you opt in or the system allows; you can disable notifications in system settings.

We request permissions only where needed for the described functionality.

3. How we use information

Operating and securing the App (including fraud and abuse prevention).
Improving performance, reliability, and user experience.
Measuring aggregated usage and diagnosing crashes.
Showing advertisements where applicable, subject to your settings.
Delivering remote content (guides) and optional remote configuration for in-app modules.

4. Third-party services

The App may integrate third-party SDKs, including but not limited to:

Google Firebase (e.g. Firebase Analytics, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Firebase Crashlytics) — subject to Google's policies.
Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) — for advertising, subject to Google's policies and your ad personalization settings.
Google Play services — for updates and device services as provided by Google.

These providers may process data on our behalf as described in their respective privacy policies. We encourage you to review Google's privacy information and your Google Account / device ad settings.

5. External links and third-party sites

The App may open websites in Chrome Custom Tabs or your default browser (for example privacy policy, article sources, or optional community promotions). Those sites have their own privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party content or policies.

6. Data retention

We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes above and as required by law. Aggregated analytics may be retained in a de-identified form. Crash logs may be retained for troubleshooting for a limited period.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age where parental consent is required in your region (for example under 13 in the United States). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for targeted marketing. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to certain processing of personal information, or to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Because many identifiers are pseudonymous, you may manage ads personalization through your device settings (Google Ads / device ad ID reset). For account-related data processed by Google, you may also use tools Google provides.

10. International transfers

If you use the App outside the country where our service providers operate, your information may be processed in countries that may have different data protection laws. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) as offered by our providers.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated through the App or the store listing where appropriate.
